This sounds really inappropriate that a company is asking pilots to clean cabins after flying, and people are doing it....did I read, DURING NEGOTIATIONS? Not that this would ever be acceptable, passengers don't want to see you doing that! I saw a SW Capt cleaning as we offloaded, and thought what is he doing? That just looks bad. Even as a pilot, I want to respect the crew that is flying me. And guys are going this during negotiations? Holy crap.
