I wouldn't exactly call 21 "crazy low." It's two days after the New Year. People are still coming off holiday schedules. Even if it's 21 per class for the three January schedules classes, that's 63 numbers of seniority gained in one month. Under the average attrition rate and flow contract, that's still +40 for the month. People leaving above you and coming in behind you (relative seniority, of course).

Not concern. I am sure there will be plenty of people making the move. However, it's funny how everyone was talking about how full classes are in the beginning of January. "30ish in every single class." "We are full until the end of March."
That's crazy low in terms of how much the hype was. 17 pilots? That's pretty low if you ask me. I am certain it will increase. I was just curious is all.
