Part of the problem that every decent company is having right now is that many new hires are taking multiple interviews and multiple offers. There are people with class dates at PSA, PDT, and Endeavor and then are deciding which class they want later on.

This seriously screws up the numbers. We may have 30 booked in a class, but 5 cancel 3 days out because they decided to take Envoy. And then the same thing happens at Envoy with another 5 pilots that are cancelling and coming to PSA.
