Per a friend in Dayton, classes are NOT full to 35 until March. They are filling more and more every week, but not yet. We are hiring quite a few every class, and they all expected this weeks class to be small. Interviews around the second half of December were small due to the holidays. There are 3 classes in January, so I don't think it will slow down progress too much.

At this point, no class going forward is currently full. With the implosion that is happening at some other companies, I would not be surprised if we do start maxing out classes at some point in the near future, but not yet.
