A non wholly owned should be in your book of options also. Go wherever gives you the best QOL and has the best work rules according to YOU. I wouldn't be too concerned with a flow. This industry is too dynamic and promises are broken too frequently. You want to be at an airline you are happy at. You can go to AA from ANY regional. My take on it is...it doesn't make much sense for AA to take pilots from their already understaffed regionals over pilots that come off the street. Then again, I'm not a businessman. Keep those knots up! Good luck
