I think the call outs go something like this:
Low time (less than 100 hours)
Day match
Bid to fly
Inverse seniority
60 hours credit for the month
Hit the nail on the head
60% of the reserves are in the short call window
40% of the reserves are in the long call windows
Makes it very difficult to schedule wonder why it seems as if your tagged everytime you come into CVG, why we dont drop anything. yea there people at home but when you have a 9hr call out well alot of good they do. Let alone a 12hr call out. September is a slow month to begin with so hopefully is picks up and we will be back in business.
