Maybe they should look into their interview screening process. It's been over a month and they keep calling me telling me that there is something wrong with my AirlineApps application. I think you will lose a lot of applicants that way. Now, I have been offered employment elsewhere. I know several people who have had the same experience.
My suggestion, stop using AirlineApps and develope your own online application system.
This is troublesome, I have heard of many applicants who have been passed over because of incorrect info on airlineapps, and/or being passed over when they approach our recruiting booth at the career fairs. Recently (past 2 months) they have hired some pilots to work in the recruitment dept to go to career fairs and do the face-to-face talking. Hopefully that clears up some of the problems.
