However he also have a job offer to fly Lear 35's for REVA in New York, as well as a third flying Phenom 100's, and 300's for Executive Airshare at KMKC. Well, this went downhill fast. Back on topic it all depends on what your friend wants from his career. Do he want go to the airlines eventually or do 135/91? With the industry the way it is today it may be best to go to piedmont if he wants to do 121. I use to follow the air share payscale but I'm not sure what it is now. Piedmont may be higher along with having a flow which doesn't count for much as fast as the industry changes but we'll see what's the future holds. If he wants to jump into the 91/135 game I personally would go to airshare if I lived in one of the bases.
