I saw UPS posted a Ground School Instructor position at SDF on their jobs-ups.com page. Is there any preferential hiring at UPS if one works as a Ground School Instructor for a certain period of time or are you considered the same as someone applying from off the street? AFAIK the only ground school instructors that have been "upgraded" to a flying position are the ones "promoted" to a management flying position (NURP). NOT something you want to consider.
