Hey Qotsa...I want a contract as bad as anybody you do, but I'm not going to exploit the misfortune and tragedy of something beyond the airline's control to do so. If this problem was self inflicted, I'd say let it burn, but it's not. That being said, fly the contract, but don't deliberately screw the place either. This isn't the time for that. There are stranded coworkers and innocent people who went through a hell of a day today at FLL.
No relief!!!! This event today wasn't their fault but the long running lack of negotiation progress is!!! The shoe string budget they run this place on IS their fault. A properly run company won't be questioned in their ability to recover from these disruptions.
A proper contract would solve all these issues for them.
