Sorry, yes it is 5000 the new hire bonus was increased to 16520 got the numbers crossed up in my head.
So 21520 total for new hires then the 20k retention bonus on your one year anniversary on top of all the other great benefits
The 20k is spread out over two years, meaning 10k per year then it's done. The wording makes it sound like more than it is. Still pretty good, but they need to step it up a little imo. Go on and make it a complete no brainer lol
