I'm not a PSA naysayer and I'm no cheerleader. Just trying to keep it real, if PSA is the right place for you welcome aboard but if there's a better regional fit WRT commute and you are coming here for a quick upgrade and SAP; you will probably regret that decision 3 years from now. It's still a regional, get in, get it done, and move on as soon as you can!!!

I've been scrutinizing all of them for a while now and PSA is the best fit for me to start my second career. Every regional seems to have some bad history they are trying to overcome. I agree they have to get the pay right though.
Best I can do is show up with a good attitude and hope they are trying to improve things every day. 👍
