Calling those standing available (as said before) = harassment. Those available aren't violating the cba, and even the choker monitors realize there are good reasons to be avail.

Heck, they even pulled off a semi black-ops mission and did a photo op at the airport - again, in front of a bunch of people that could care less. They even went to a shareholders' meeting.
