Yes the cost structure was high, that's why it failed. The difference now is the legacies are using a class of seats on the airplane and they are charging for bags, food, preferred seating and boarding zones ect..,
Different than Song and Ted. As long as fuel is cheap and their international flying doesn't deteriorate, they will be fine and make their billions still. Our product is no longer as unique as you think it is.
