Nothing, what's wrong with you? The guy clearly feels $50-$60 an hour is worth missing time away from his kids or family. Unless he is un-married, then it wouldn't matter but as the other guy had said, picking up open time isnreally worth missing time at home with the family at that pay rate. So carry on jaggoff!
