Can someone break down training classes and duration. I'm trying to figure out why it is 3 month long.
My schedule shows about 8 weeks +/- any training breaks. That is if they do a sim session daily. Only half my schedule shows actual "days". The rest is just number of sessions. In the interview we were told about 8-10 weeks.
My last airline I did initial in exactly 8 weeks. That included two three day breaks, weekends off until end of systems, and some random off days in between sims.
