Oscar has spent a lot of time and money to make UA a place with positive employee morale. If management is lurking then they ought to recognize that somebody is undermining that effort. Customer Service 101: A customer complaint is
positive feedback. When the customer stops complaining, you've lost the customer.
If they decide to come after one of us for something like this, then all that effort and cash Oscar spent was a complete waste and they may as well have left Jeff in charge.
