1. I could find just as many reports for any other neighborhood in Chicago. Their mere existence means nothing by itself.
2. Not that we can prove it but they're all gang related. These guys come into the nightlife area (read hip-hop clubs) around WP and get into it with each other.
3. I've walked all over that neighborhood at all hours and never felt unsafe because these incidents aren't frequent.
