Are some domiciles better than others when it comes to reserve, i.e. trip quality, hot reserve, etc.? I'm not referring to which bases are the most jr. That's already been provided in the forum.
None of them are terrible. I did liked CLT better than DAY.
The few times that I sat hot reserve in CLT, I would spend about half of the day in my car. I took a nap, listened to the radio, and played on my laptop. If called, I would let it go to voice mail, go and hop on the employee bus, and call then back 10 mins later when getting to the terminal. (just said that I was in the bathroom if they asked).
CLT is a nice, large airport with dozens of restaurants and things to do - in addition to the crewroom and the quiet/rest room. There are quiet places to hide, which is nice, or you can sit in the rocking chairs in the main terminal and watch people.
