Ask your rep but essentially they are so low on guys with time they need to project forward to see who they CAN upgrade. The current form apparently can't give them the look forward they need and there's guys that qualify they don't know about. Thankfully a lot of Whiskey guys made the jump over here, other wise we'd be needing street captains.
Where is said form? Unless it was just one of the 200 other pieces of paper I signed away during hiring I don't remember it. I got the time from awac and would like to upgrade asap
