You are always at least paid guarantee (unless you do something to drop below 75 hours, like SAP below it).
You are also always paid "block or better".
You will likely not break guarantee on reserve unless you pick up flying on your days off or accept a junior man. In that case, you can get 90 hours of credit.
Someone that has actually sat reserve for more than a couple months will have to answer this. My time on reserve was really short, and I never got into the nitty-gritty details of it.
Yea, your basically on line with what I experienced. I think one month I might have done hot 4 days, never in a row. It would be like one day, then a short call, then a flight assignment then back to short then back to hot. That was during the reduced flying. In the summer, when flying was off the chain, I made right at guarantee, one month even went over without picking up any extra trips.
