Also there is no guarantee when the new class may be for whatever status they are awarded. 175 is somewhat backed up it appears, 145 classes are running through pretty quickly. But like I said above, CRJ FOs are the ones getting hosed here, and it appears to be a staffing issue with that status. Guys transferring to the 145 in LGA are being withheld too, for example.

One more thing: the flow requires a one year seat lock. If some of these FOs are withheld for a very long time, it has the potential to affect flow date. Envoy of course has the discretion to waive the seat lock if it becomes an issue, but we see how they operate with being generous towards the flow through. This is why the withholding happening is extremely alarming.
