Cancelling due to lack of crew is rare. Most FO's I know have their apps out and are just waiting to hear something but it isn't like the revolving door of the regionals where they are losing 60 a month. I think we had around 75 pilots leave last year.
I was implying pilots are less likely to take JRM and WDO as opposed to a year ago. You're right there's still pilots here who are available for trips. Just not as likely willing to help the company. This is from what I've observed.
