If one works for an AA WO- I understand that one can have apps out to other carriers - but can you have an app into AA? Is that allowed? Is there any chance to be called, or do they not dip into their own pot?
You can apply to AA if you at a Wholly Owned. There have been pilots hired before their flow number comes up. You are competing with everyone else that applies as well. Flows and military make up most of the hiring so getting a spot with all civilian time is harder but it has been done.
