AA WO - flow related questions
If one works for an AA WO- I understand that one can have apps out to other carriers - but can you have an app into AA? Is that allowed? Is there any chance to be called, or do they not dip into their own pot?

Yes, you can apply to AA, and there have been a handful of pilots hired off the street. It is very difficult right now to get an interview for anyone at AA though - 50-70% of each class are flow thrus, so the remaining slots are at a premium for off the street hires.
