Yes. Beginning in 2015 they freeze at year 8 and then they cap FO pay off year by year til 2019 when it freezes at year 4 pay. So, it's throwing the pilots who aren't on property under the bus.

Okay so pay doesn't freeze at current rate for the next 4 years? Just curious because several eagles guys I talked to said this TA would immediately freeze everyone.

It was never "across the board" CA is capped at 12. FO will be capped at 4 in 2019.

>>Section 3.P. (“Industry Average Index (IAI) Pay Adjustments”) of the Agreement will be eliminated in its entirety and replaced with the following:

1. Upon placement of the first EMB-175 jet aircraft referenced in the “Commitment of EMB-175 Jets to American Eagle Airlines, Inc.” letter from AAG Corporation to ALPA dated ________, 2014 on the Company’s operating certificate, but no earlier than March 31, 2015, the pay rate scales in Appendix A, below, will be capped as follows:

a. Except as provided in paragraph 1.c., below, Captain pay will be capped at 12 Years of Service on the Captain pay rate scales or the pilot’s actual years of service on that date, whichever is greater; and

b. First Officer pay will be capped at 4 Years of Service on the First Officer pay rate scales or the pilot’s actual years of service on that date, whichever is greater, provided the First Officer pay scale will remain at 8 years through 12/31/2015. Effective 1/1/2016, the pay scale will be reduced by 1 year each 12 months until the pay scale is finally capped at 4 years on 1/1/2019.

c. A Captain with 15 or more years of service when the first EMB-175 jet aircraft is placed on the Company’s operating certificate will continue to accrue longevity for purposes of pay until he reaches 18 years of service, subject to paragraph C.2., below.<<<

it gradually kicks in. Technically it won't affect anyone on property now. Which is why they did it, to lure in more yes voters...Anyone who is hired past 2016 will be capped at year 4.
