Does the latest TA still have 4 year pay freezes across the board in it?

N927EV 03-13-2014 07:29 AM

Yes. Beginning in 2015 they freeze at year 8 and then they cap FO pay off year by year til 2019 when it freezes at year 4 pay. So, it's throwing the pilots who aren't on property under the bus.

Okay so pay doesn't freeze at current rate for the next 4 years? Just curious because several eagles guys I talked to said this TA would immediately freeze everyone.

It was never "across the board" CA is capped at 12. FO will be capped at 4 in 2019.

it gradually kicks in. Technically it won't affect anyone on property now. Which is why they did it, to lure in more yes voters...Anyone who is hired past 2016 will be capped at year 4.
