we operate 2 NG's part 91. We acquired our first AC 5 years ago, a used 2008 and acquired our second AC, a new from the plant 2014. We have put almost 2100 hours total between both airframes.
Good: Automation of systems (set it and forget it), Large cabin, trailing link gear, PT6 power plant, large cargo door, operating costs. We can go into busy airports (FTY, PDK, BNA, ATL, just to name a few) and not get in the way. OUr corporate footprint is in rural areas as well so the WAAS capabilities are good too.
BAD: only one engine, rides like a log truck through turbulence, Pilatus will dictate where you get maintenance performed (depends on the state you operate)
overall: love the plane, works good, lasts long time..great training at FSI DFW, we are actually considering trading the older plane on a new one, tbd by our management.
