"Trying" as in telling you they're trying to leave. Yet lack in going to career fairs or furthering their resumes. I fly with guys all the time that are "trying" to leave yet do nothing about it cause they're making 10 year CA pay. Lol go shake hands it's not that hard. Not trying but actually going to job fairs and getting phone numbers while jumpseating. You name it man I'm trying it all. I have over 3200 TPIC have gone to multiple job fairs with others in my situation. All of us have 4 year degrees. Nothing bad on any of our records so it's not as easy as you think. I do agree that there are those we are "trying" and that's on them but some of us want out!
