I was often at home for 14-20 days on a monthly basis. My wife had income so the money wasn't a big deal. It was because of the experience at Omni that I was able to get my next job at a legacy cargo carrier. No regrets at all. I highly recommend going there if you are "spinning your wheels" at a regional airline. I had 8,000 hours and 2300 TPIC when I went there so my story may be different. However, if you are looking for an enhancement to your résumé and already meet the other minimums for your dream job, you can't go wrong. I truly enjoyed the flying I did there. Great folks to fly with as well.
