It's not like you're detailing the aircraft on a daily basis. Sometimes, crap happens (literally), and there is no other choice but to take care of it. If the passengers trash the airplane, and I am in a place where a professional aircraft cleaning company can come take care of it, I call our maintenance, and they take care of it.

I would say nearly every 135 expects you to restock the aircraft, do a light cleaning and wipe down, and keep the aircraft presentable between flights. Anything outside of that, I would say, isn't normal, but like I said, sometimes you just have to do what needs to get done. Sometimes, that's driving to pick up sandwiches, or going to buy a special bottle of wine, or force a turd down the crapper.
