I still think the mitigating factor for these first few classes after the new year was the folks having to complete the CTP course. For all those who chose to forego a class date until after the holidays AND needed to complete the CTP, it simply pushed the numbers back a couple weeks... which is probably why that first class only had 17, and now they're allegedly creeping up into the numbers we all want.
If they said that the classes had 30, then I think we can rule them out as being legitimate sources of information.

The holidays played a huge role in the early January class having only 17. People were not interviewing at great rates between thanksgiving and Christmas, and those that did took the later January classes it seems.

Personally, I think we will have 32 on Monday. I heard it is 34, but there always a couple that postpone for some reasons.

But we will see in 48 hours.

I hope we have a class every once in awhile of 16 or so. That will prevent backlogs in sims and IOE. If we continue classes of 30, then we will probably skip a class every few months.

The delay in training that we had a couple years ago, like what Piedmont is experiencing now, is detrimental to the new hires. I wouldn't go somewhere that it takes 5+ months to complete training. That is more time making only min guarantee and costs thousands of dollars.

We have zero delay right now, and I hope it stays that way.

Responsible growth. That is what we need.
