The opportunities are there. One may have to lift a finger to help himself, but the opportunities are most certainly there. No less today than yesterday.
Actually, there were many more opportunities for fresh commercials in the past. Now opportunities are much fewer and always much farther away. The cheap T34 was at a base club in 1966, a little before my time but so were Cadillac a month wages. Im not saying it cant be gone, just asking if its really worth it.
