I think the only thing one can take to the bank from Jack's FCIF is that a bid will happen sometime. I find it hard to believe the powers that be would allow the training pipeline to dry up for any reason. Bids are for the company, not for us. We just happen to be able to take advantage of them (if we so choose) when they are posted.
