January/February are low flight months. We also stopped adding 200's last summer. As we roll out of February flights will increase, then start adding the 14 more 200's I would expect RSV time to drop significantly on the 200 again. New guys keep jumping to the 900 since they assume they will fly more and get a little more pay and put themselves in a position that will keep them on that air frame Leaving the 200 very Jr. and soon in need of FO's. Good times to come for 200 pilots.
