Not much of a child anymore, but mos def a nooB in this world.
I guess with the frenetic pace of hiring these days, I couldn't fathom sitting reserve as a 10 yr veteran at an airline that had hired 600 pilots in the last couple years.
We're not talking about the unfortunate airlines with issues - e.g. XJet, AWAC, etc. - but one of the new breed of growth engine airlines, EDV - just not what I thought was in the realm of possibility

I guess I should consider myself lucky I don't have to base in a place like MSP or MCO...
