What's interesting, Imo, is you'll speak to die hard union members and the juicer crowd alike and both are picking up RSA, VDA etc. Regardless of what the union says pilots continue to turn the break of early. It's the little things, done IAW SOP, that could easily bring the airline to its knees. None of this is mean spirited but just doing your job and nothing more. The airline is short pilots and their policies are flawed. A simple adherence to policy would prove this and the whole contract issue would work itself out much, much faster.
