At the very least, read and understand the airline profile on this site.

With that said, I will cave in and answer a couple of these.

New hires right now are holding CLT. No real wait time at all. Reserve time is about a year and falling. It will likely be ~6 months or less in CLT once the new airplanes start arriving and upgrades continue at 24+ per month.

Aircraft assignment - just read the airline profile on here. That is an easy one. We fly all 3 airplanes interchangeably. I have flown all 3 on the same day. There are no seat locks, or equipment locks of any kind. "PSA pilots fly the CRJ-200, 700, and 900 under a blended rate adjusted quarterly as ratio changes".

Travel benefits, as have been discussed here at very great length, are the same as mainline AA. They are arguably the best benefits in the regionals. Also, anyone on property before the deadline in July will receive 2 free round trip positive space tickets anywhere in the AA system as a thank you from the company. For those tickets, you do not need to fly "stand by", you get a positive space seat. Perfect for a great vacation to Asia, Australia, or Europe.
