if there was a sudden reduction of the %'s of pilots picking up VDA/ RSA's etc it would be held against the union, even if they had 0% to do with it. Just the was the act is written for status quo....

I do agree all pilots should be following published company procedures. Cleared to push or not cleared to push is pretty freaking simple in my personal opinion....
