Also, say I don't contribute anything for the first six months and then I start contributing 15% per month. Can I play catch up with the company matching? I can't remember for sure but it seems like you're 100% vested after 4ish years, the Empower people could tell you for sure. No 50% vesting, just jumps to 100%. Can't play catch up. Don't have to contribute every month to get the match, they'll just match any time you do contribute.
