Yes, the app does reappear when you have standard updates with the UA app. When you start the UA app, then immediately look for the App Store icon and it usually will have a red circle with the number of updates you need. Hopefully it's a nice number over 10 so you have time to look up all the apps you want to download. Don't fart around. Just click on the search (magnifying glass) and then type in the app you want to download. Find it, and hit download, then move on to the next app to search and download. It can be done!
