You have it all correct except the retension bonus is 10k on your first (and second) anniversary paid at $2500 per quarter. I think uniform is $400 after your first year, you pay for initial issue
Change to bonus. Now paid after check ride as I understand it.

If the opportunity to upgrade doesn't happen for 3 years or longer for some reason, will the retention bonus continue? The way read it says two years or until upgrade.
