We have had quite a few interview and get hired outside of the flow recently.

The majority of our new hires in 2014 were prior 121. Most were 7-8 year FOs elsewhere. Now, they are captains with 5000+ Turbine 121 time and 1000+ PIC. Now, they are very competitive at all of the majors and we are starting to lose them.

Outside attrition to the majors or LCCs is a great thing! I think we all expect to lose at least half of them in the next year or two, reducing the flow time for everyone else.
