Small correction: C reserve starts at 1600 and D is 0400. D reserve in MIA has been shifted from 0400 to 0500 about 2 years ago, allowed per the contract.
And for those inquiring, reserve is a call out window of 12 hours, but you have 'drive time' to get to work once the phone rings. MIA, ONT, and ANC have a 2 hour callout once the phone rings. SDF is 1+30.
