If everyone "moves on" and just accepts a substandard deal, it will never be improved through future negotiations as promised. The absolute wrong thing to do is "move on" as if "it" were over.

The thing to do is to "whine" VERY loudly about every aspect of this deal that we already know-and the Union acknowledged-is substandard. If everyone shuts up about it and "just colors", as Redeye suggests, it's a permanent screw job.

For those who find themselves under the jurisdiction of the FDA LOA, every shortcoming needs to be highlighted, whined about, written about, etc. to keep the pressure on the imbeciles who negotiated it, advocated it or voted for it to make something happen to improve it sooner rather than later.
