Back in October Atlas called me to set up an interview. I was working and missed the call. When I called back, got a voicemail and left a message. They never returned my call. I was never dead set on going to Atlas but if they had at least called me back I probably would have interviewed and gone there if I was hired.
You confuse their disorganization for a lack of interest. Don't take it personal, they just have no idea what they're doing. If you're really interested keep calling. Then, when that's out of your system, question yourself if you should be really interested in the first place.
