Default Atlas applicant pool exhausted

Atlas recruiters must be having an impossible job as it appears they are finally resorting to head hunting services.

Pilot-Fixed Wing job at Atlas Air, Inc. - First Officers-B744 B748 B767

The company has clearly failed to attract talent now that word of bad morale, poor working conditions and bleak prospects for fruitful negotiations are all too obvious.

Not to mention a pending lawsuit against the pilot group.

The applicant pool has dried up in a spectacular way.

Anyone surprised?

This is a bad sign. The minimums are 1500 TT. That is as low as it can legally go. This is a bad sign.

Minimums are 2000, 1500 if you graduate a 141 training program or come from a military background.

Still, pretty damn sorry. It seems just like yesterday they were rejecting qualified candidates because they scored too high on that ridiculous online pre-interview exam...

We'll know for sure soon enough. From now through April, company has 7 classes planned, with 80+ new hires.

In Feb alone, 1 747 and 1 767 class. Let's see how many show up.
