You wont. It will be a shift in business model. The majors will suvive this but after much turmoil. When its all said and done wages and bennies will need to up a NAI or down with competition. The new guys dont remember how good it was pre 911, just like those in the 80-90s heard the stories of the 60s-70s. Save your money times are good this will change things over next 10 yrs.
Yep, that's a big concern of mine.
I'm hoping that we get short enough on pilots that those wages are laughed at by all self-respecting pilots and/or the US gatespace/slots at major airports makes it nearly impossible for carriers such as NAI to survive.
