If I had to do it over again, I would spend an hour or 2 at most studying the limitations and memory items, and maybe an hour a night reviewing things in the Turbine Pilot Handbook (If I hadn't been flying jets), or Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot. Also, maybe a book on instrument approached and procedures. Oh, and the Jepp website for review on Jepp plates.
This is spot on. The test is day 6 though. I wanted to try and get ahead on systems but I'm an old AF C-130 flight engineer. Enough to say I was way over thinking things.
