I think the general sentiment is that IF you are looking for the flow, as a new hire today you will flow faster at PDT than PSA mainly because of simple math... PDT has about 1/2 the pilot group of PSA right now.
IN addition, the top 100 guys or so at pdt refused the flow ,and that number is growing. So if you get in now one can only assume that you would have alot shorter flow time compared to Envoy or PSA.
